Had the fridgefreezer KGV33NW20G for about 8 years and noticed the shelf wasn't sitting level, the left side had dropped, on inspection a bit of plastic had broken off, eventually the shelf fell off, hit the floor and cracked. I ordered this replacement and it fits perfectly, looks genuine, as I think it would be hard to replicate it. After inspecting the broken original it is pretty flimsy so I will only be putting milk and orange juice on the new one from now on. Ordered on the 3rd and arrived midday the 10th. Thanks

The product is a genuine Bosch product.There was a mix up and I originally received the wrong item but Ken , the seller, sorted it out immediately after a phone call and the correct item was dispatched. I was really impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the seller to rectify their mistake.

This did not fit my model even though it was meant for it, as it was too wide?

Fits fine. Has a white strip across the front instead of the silver one our previous shelf has but does the job so I can live with that.
