Does this paper have a texture to it like watercolour paper or is it smooth?

The paper itself feels smooth, HOWEVER it does have some tooth. I have included a picture in my review to show the tooth with one layer of inktense pencil, and how that one layer blends out.

Can I print on this paper?

Sorry. I've only used it for drawing and watercolour.
