I had this installed in my new outdoor shower last summer. Loved the look, function, and flow. Although I turned off the water (and let it run dry) for the winter, I discovered this leak (in the photo) last month when I turned it back on. My contractor tells me that water was probably pooled in the vertical cylinder and the pipe cracked with cold weather. Therefore, I will remove the lower part this winter (not hard to do) as prevention.Initially, I had to send in proof of my Amazon purchase with photos to the manufacturer. All is well, they sent the part out pronto with no charge. My beautiful shower is back on and I am a happy camper. I highly recommend this shower!

We use this for an outdoor shower. Perfect or our situation.In the fall, we turned off the water and drained the pipes, as our plumber had suggested, however when we turned the water back on this spring, the bottom part of the faucet body had split. I reached out to Gotonovo, sent a video of the issue and they sent a replacement part. All very easy to install. This year we will also disconnect the lower part as it seems water can sit there then freeze. The company was very helpful in resolving the issue.

The first season was great! Everything function well and no complaints. We live in the northeast so we know we need to prep for the outdoor winter conditions. Our outdoor shower fixtures are connected to our house. We shut the water off before the first freeze and drained the lines completely. We just went to turn the water on for spring and the water pours out of the shower head even though the dial is turned off.UPDATE - customer service was awesome. Once I reached out to them they jumped right on it. I sent them a video of the shower malfunctioning and they immediately sent me the piece that needed to be replaced! We are back to fully functioning. It also was great we didn’t have to replace the entire fixture!
