Is the splash guard high enough and wide enough that my son won’t pee out of the potty?

For my little guy, it worked perfectly. He had to set back a little toward the back but it was good.

How can I order a replacement cushion for my Jool potty? The cushion has molded before he started actually using it.

Does it tip over easily? Or move? Or does it suction to the ground?

This potty chair does not tip over and it doesn’t have suction cups on the bottom. It can be scooted around but I never had a problem.

Love that the seat is soft and flexible for comfort of your little ones. The bag idea is definitely great for saving time . The flush is adorable and little ones love it. The storage in the ' cistern ' part of the potty is perfect for extra bags and wipes. Good design and quality.

Perfect potty for poop fear!

My two year old absolutely adores this product. After two months of potty refusal, we bought this and it has been a game changer. Very easy to install and all working well (will require your own batteries though)The sound affects really encourage her to use it, and the seat height has helped her release her bowels with comfort.Aesthetically, it looks great alongside the big loo in the bathroom and makes her feel like a big girl.Love the storage wipe section which I use for wipes and nappy creams. It keeps rhings neat and tidy.My little one wasn’t a fan of the bags within but happily uses it without the bags. A little harder to clean, but the inner bowl is removable so it’s easy enough.To improve the product, I’d suggest making the padded lid a design which also sits on a toilet so you can seamlessly progress, and perhaps include more bags for those who like using them.
