Is this made in the USA?

I don’t know but it is very high quality and worth the money in my opinion. My cat started using it once I took the pillow out and it became a deeper ‘cave’. Go for it!!!!

Im vegan, is that actual leather?

No, it is actual cloth material. It is an indoor cat bed.

To what degree does this bed keep pets warm? 40 degrees Farenheit? Lower?

This is very well-made and sturdy but I don’t think it would hold up as an outside bed By itself it’s not waterproof. Might be good inside of another container. I got it for a stray that stayed on my back porch last winter covered it up with a waterproof rug stuck it in the very corner of the porch away from the wind And it seem to work out pretty well. She is now an indoor pet :-)

Can I use this for my bearded dragon?

The bed is lined with a soft fabric and walls, therefore if the dragon likes warm, hideaway caves, he will like this. Also depends on the size of pet. My cats loves the house and goes inside and curls up.
