No remote controls
Twice I purchased this fan, and neither time did I get a remote control.

This product is an amazing unit. Good quality image and great contrast ratio. Connectivity is great, Airplay mirroring as well as cable connecting.And it's worth the price.

No support product
Last year I bought this product but for error change the factory password and no remember it. I would wait support but it has not been possible. I think the after- sales is bad

Mount it before you turn on!
Well first this thing is way more powerful than I was expecting. Set it on an uneven surface to test it and plugged in, it starts whirring and flipped off. I didn’t catch it and caught my knuckles and toe! Ow!I’m wondering how long it will run, would like to set it up for 24h signage but we will see if it dies.

Useless software
These reviews seem to be for a different product. This is for the 3D hologram fan. The fan itself seems to be in great working condition and appears to work as advertised. The problem is woth the software. Everything is in Chinese, completely unusable. Every time I tried to click on anything, I got warnings from my firewall about it blocking access and that it may be a potential virus.The mini read me guide/instructions are crap.Could potentially be a good product if I knew what to do with it.

USB Drive not accessible for 3D Hologram Advertising Fan
First, this review is for the 3D Hologram Advertising Fan, not the port device that most of these comments are about. The device works well, but I cannot access the software from the USB drive that it came with, any ideas? or can I download it online?
