Does this close with Velcro? If so, don't the kids snag their dresses on it when taking in/out of the trunk?

Actually, I only put away toys on this. And yes, it closes with velcro. So if you put sweaters in, I can imagine it getting snag. It's actually really ideal for toy storage. Just pack them away and I don't have to deal with toys everywhere. ;)
