I love matcha and this was the perfect cream for me for night time. I wanted something that would moisturize my skin but not make it oily for overnight. This cream is lightweight and soaks in very easily and I wake up with glowing skin. I also love the scent and I have a sensitive sense of smell.

This moisturizer has a very heavy feeling which I love as i know it lasts longer and keeps me moisturized well. It has an odd smell that reminds me of play-doh but i can see where each part comes from with the matcha and all. Good price and quality and probably will be ordering again. Feels good on my skin and reduced my redness over time!

The Kitao Matcha Moisturizer has a thick but very creamy consistency. It feels great going on my face and is very moisturizing for my combination skin. Lots of good ingredient in this cream. It spreads easily and absorbs well. I've used it morning and night with no irritation and no interactions with other products in my am or pm skincare routines. Happy that they do not test on animals!The one con is that the scent lingers. The smell of matcha is pleasant, but the scent in this cream lingers on my face and I can smell it long after I've applied it. I don't like for my skincare to have a lasting scent. The ingredients list includes fragrance, so maybe that is the source.

After receiving an opportunity to try this brand, I did a little research about this brand since I didn’t know anything. The story behind his brand is really lovely considering how they’ve operated for generations. I usually use only Korean skin care, but I was curious also about diving into some Japanese skincare as well. I didn’t go in with any expectations, but I have to say I am very impressed. This is such a lovely, hydrating cream. It feels beautiful on the skin. It absorbs into the skin. It wears well under make up. It has a very light Earthy, sort of fragrance, which may be attributed to the Matcha since that’s a feature of this particular cream. I didn’t like this cream as much as I do, but it’s up there with some of the greater creams that I’ve tried.

Love how moisturizing this is! It's thick without being too greasy or heavy. Can definitely be used during the day or night. My skin feels so soft and hydrated after applying this. It has a interesting lightweight matcha scent, not too overpowering. Would purchase again!

This cream might provide moisture, but it does not plump the skin to help diminish fine lines. There are so many creams available that do more than this does. I'll choose to use something more helpful to an already aged face. Maybe this is to help keep youthful skin looking young. But it did nothing for me.

At the current list price of $25.55, I didn't expect much, considering 'quality' skincare usually costs three times as much. The jar packaging isn't fancy, but that's not what matters—the product itself surprised me, and I ended up loving it!The cream has a light scent and feels like sunscreen lotion. Initially a bit oily, but it quickly absorbs into the skin, leaving it lightweight and non-greasy. I use it nightly after toner and serum, and my skin looks noticeably brighter and calmer with reduced redness (an obvious difference). It's truly made a difference—I've never seen my skin look so healthy.It's lightweight enough for both morning and night use. I highly recommend it—5 out of 5, and I'd definitely purchase it again
