EZ Melts Sublingual Energy, Memory and Mood Enhancer, Blend of B-Vitamins, Sugar-Free, 2-Month Supply

I'm going through withdrawals from taking 6 months of escitalopran oxalate. I was on a 20mg/day dose, to treat severe anxiety and depression. The withdrawal effects have been for me heavy dizziness, weakness, irritability, mild body aches, and some focus/memory issues. I didn't want to stop taking the medication abruptly but it wasn't my choice, I'm supposed to get my refill next month (in June). I almost immediately bought this supplement, along with another, (natural herbs, helping to balance the brain chemicals). With my lifelong anxiety and depression history, let's just say I am very happy with this supplement. I like the fact it tastes good, first of all, it surprisingly helped my focus, my memory, I feel a little happier and not as anxious. Not miraculous but I like that it was affordable, didn't cause undesirable side effects, and MOST OF ALL, helped balance the chemicals in my brain (along with that other natural supplement I've been taking). I'm taking one of them in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Significant results that have been worth every penny. Considering not getting back to my other medication. I get about the same results with those 2 supplements now anyway (!!!) minus the physical dependence and tied withdrawals! Wanting to keep on using this for now, do some exercise and just... Try to find more natural ways to deal with my anxiety and depression; and in the meantime, will keep on using this.

These are a game changer! I hate taking vitamins, even knowing how much they keep us healthy. These are so easy and taste great. But the really profound thing about these is how much of a difference they made on my mood. I subscribed to these because I love subscribe and save, however I skip items every now and then if I don’t think I need more yet. I made the mistake of running out of these for about a week. Holy Batman, I noticed a difference the next day. I was grumpy, irritable, etc... not fun to be around. I thought maybe it was a bad day and the next day started feeling tired and just gloomy. Realized I hadn’t been taking these after a few days and made sure I bumped my next order up so I could see if there was any correlation between my mood and these little guys. Sure enough a few days after I got my order, I felt more energized and less irritable. I don’t think it’s placebo either because my family also noticed and I didn’t tell them about these. I never realized how big of a difference vitamin B can make but I’m not going without these babies again! These also have biotin too which probably explains why my hairdresser was commenting on how fast my hair was growing (it’s usually very very slow) ... overall I can’t say enough great things about these.

When I took this on the first day, I had just gotten up and was really tired, but they helped wake me up and made me alert which was helpful for my trip to the store. I've been taking them for about four days now and I'd say my memory, mood, and energy are all improved, just like it said it would on the bottle. They're also really tasty and make me wish I could eat them like a candy, haha. I'll update my review in a few weeks about how they're working for me in the long run, but so far I'm pleased.

I have been using these for a couple of years and they do work very well.I can tell now when I do not use them, just have a lot more energy and a happier outlook when I take these. I take mine with my breakfast and they are super easy to use, especially for anyone who has trouble swallowing pills. I recommend, they work for me, and my hubby and I am sure they will work for you as well. These are absolutely perfect. I am coming out of the depression and decided that I could really use some natural energy. I chose these and I’m so glad I did! These have helped me out tremendously. You don’t get any jitters or feel weird or nervous or anxious. Just pure Light energy that helps you get things done. I really love this product.

The flavor on these (cherry) is by far the most pleasant of any of the sublingual B complexes we have tried-most of them taste pretty bad to be honest. This one is altogether pleasant. They really do melt away very quickly, so they are perfect for someone who has trouble swallowing pills-and if you are one of those people (like me) you get really tired of nasty-tasting pills. It also makes the B vitamins easier for the body to absorb so they can be a good choice even for those who can swallow pills. They are a good B vitamin in my opinion-they seem to work quite well, as well as any others I have tried. I am a regular buyer and would recommend these to others.
