Where does one get the filters for this?

It’s a cappuccino machine. It is not a drip coffee maker. There are no filters in cappuccino machines. Perhaps you would be better off with a different type of machine.

Is this model the new version 2.0?

I am not sure what could be different. I have bought several models to give as gifts to friends. The only variation seem in the size of the thingie that you screw on top of the lid - the new ones are easier to tighten.
