Q: Does this compress your breasts too? Or just your stomach?

The tank has an extra panel that is firm around the stomach but only 1 layer across the breasts. I still wear a lightly lined bra with it. Not much compression on the top.

Q: Do I need to wear a bra underneath?

I definitely would recommend wearing a bra under a compression top, but above all I don’t recommend this product at all!

Q: I typically wear a size 8 but I am a 34dd. What size should I order?

I would say a medium but a small if you prefer it to be a tighter fit. I’m a 38dd and wear a 14. I order a large.
