I had a similar bottle but smaller for years with no issues, loved it. Decided to purchase this bottle, larger, similar design. Had it for les then 2 weeks and the wood lid separated from the inner plastic/metal lid. Can no longer tighten or loosen it. Hoping it was just a random fluke because I need to purchase another but now debating on purchasing elsewhere. Other then the lid issue the bottle was great. Perfect size, opening size, no issues with thr silicone sleeve. If not for the lid this wood have got a 5 star review.UPDATE. the seller reached out and is sending me 2 replacement lids. They were very helpful and apologetic. The service was great and looking forward to using the bottle. It is a very good quality, just a random bad lid. Would buy this again

I have used many non-plastic water bottles in my life, but this was my first time using a glass one. I was actually surprised at how much I like it! I generally prefer stainless steel bottles, but this water bottle is just as good. I took it with me on a hiking trip, and it held up really well. I didn't drop it to test the durability, but the silicone sleeve protected it from the minor bumps it got from being in my backpack. It's also super easy to wash, and I really appreciate that it comes with a little scrubber. I haven't tried putting it in the dishwasher though, mostly because it's so easy to clean it by hand that I just haven't bothered. The silicone provides a really nice grip too, I never worry about it slipping or about dropping it when it's wet. Love the bamboo top with the rope loop too, it adds a really nice look to the bottle. It's also just a really nice drinking experience, the water doesn't taste funny or anything, and the feel of the glass is very pleasant. Overall, I'm having a super great experience with this water bottle, can't recommend it enough!

I love this water bottle! It came with a bottle brush and I love the clean design. Within two weeks, the bottle was knocked off a table and smashed in one contained area, thanks to the borosilicate glass. I was so disappointed bit remembered that there was a replacement guarantee. I sent the original order receipt, a photo of the broken bottle and within a week, they mailed an entirely new water bottle! I love having a glass water bottle that is easy to carry around! Customer service was great. The bamboo lid was cracked upon arrival. I wondered if it sat in a hot delivery truck too long since we live in the desert. But the company is sending a replacement for free. Super fast response time, easy to work with.The only reason for the 4 stars is that there was a slight chemical smell in the glass bottle that has taken a few days to get rid of via washing and airing out. But overall I’m loving the bottle!

super cute and easy to clean & use. i guess i am pretty clumsy dropped it many times already (on wood, concrete, grass, etc) and it have never cracked or broken. I love the glass look, feel, and taste with the water. Ditch your BPA-filled plastic water bottle or your lead-contamined St@nley for this!!! Oh also great size (25oz) takes me awhile to go through it and fits in cup holder. Little strap is very handy too. Great price. Never leaks either! Just have to make sure you open it with a firm grip if its pretty full because water might slosh out if you open too aggressively but I love this water bottle so much.

Most of the reviews I read on this product were positive. Upon opening the box I immediately had a strong chemical odor. My throat and lungs started burning from the smell I immediately washed it with hot soapy water, which did nothing at all. The smell was so strong that the inside glass was as bad as the outside. The living room had the chemical smell until I put the box outside. I wrapped the glass back into the original package to return. I will never buy from this company again. Save your money and your health and do not purchase this. It doesn’t deserve one star. So very disappointing.

Love it and the quality is really nice. Worth the money spent

This was exactly what I’ve been looking for. Didn’t buy glass before thinking it’d be unnecessarily heavy but it doesn’t feel too heavy. The mouth is nice and wide to make sure it get cleaned well inside, and is more like drinking out of a glass rather than a bottle, which I like. The covering helps me not worry it will break if I drop it. I’ve washed it in dishwasher with no problems. Bamboo cap so far is working great, no leaks, and looks good. (Don’t wash cap in dishwasher.). Great product for the price. Very happy.Update: Two years later I dropped this and it did break. Bought another one right away and accidentally dropped it and that one broke. So the covering does not always protect against drops. But I still love the look/design/use.
