After a visit to the dermatologist for a light treatment my face was so red and flaking. This cream reduced the pain and the redness right away. Very nice product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:By far the best OTC product for my rosacea prone skin! This line of Bioderma products for sensitive skin has greatly improved the moisture level, texture, and resistance to red/hot flareups on my face. I use it midday to help keep redness minimized and also at night after their defense serum and micellar water cleanse. Worth the extra couple of $$. Photos shows my nails rosacea flareup, same cheek about an hour later, and regular skin tone.PS - I do not wear makeup, so the micellar water alone is sufficient enough for cleansing.

It’s actually a very functional cream if you use it at night. It evens out the skin tone and soothes the skin. However, for daytime use, it didn’t really work for my combination skin—it leaves an uncomfortable film on the face.

The cream has a pleasant texture, without strong fragrances; it is not greasy, yet nourishing enough for my dry skin. It is completely neutral, non-allergenic, and non-comedogenic. I highly recommend it if you are looking for skincare in this price range.

I have a very red skin and it's sensitive. This cream is a game changer! No fake smell, works great with make up items!
