This has been a game changer. We decided to invest in this because we were spending so much at coffee establishments. It’s fun to create new and different drinks. The machine is so easy to use, it does pretty much everything for you. It learns what beans you are using and adjusts the grind based on the previous and how the brew goes. You can make espresso, cold brew, iced coffee and drip coffee all with this one machine. Definitely recommend.

It doesn't handle light roasts well, but overall makes a variety drinks very well automatically. The frother works with 0 effort. I'm slightly concerned about the lifetime of this machine given the grinder relies on a "funnel" you attach/detach to the portafilter - every single cup - because the grinder will not function without it.

This espresso / coffee machine is fantastic. I know very little about making espresso, lattes, and other coffee but this makes it so easy.The only improvement I could wish for is having a 2 or 3 bean holding tank so you can choose between different roasts. I love Cuban Dark roasts, but sometimes I like A lighter hazelnut and my family and friends all like different things.

I bought this refurbished Ninja Luxe as it came with the same product warranties and Amazon Guarantee as buying new. The product had all the accessories and paperwork, no scratches or dents, works perfectly fine and I saved a lot! The only difference was the original box was not included, which I didn't care about. The package arrived before the original arrival date and was packaged well. Don't be afraid to buy refurbished as you can still return it, if something is not right. The coffee and drinks are delicious. No worries if putting under kitchen cabinets as the steam is well controlled and mainly comes out the front. The water reservoir is in the back right side though, so you will most likely have to pull the machine out a little to remove the water reservoir for refilling. Super buy and super happy!

Today we finally received our long-awaited coffee machine, but it did not live up to expectations. Even at the maximum heat setting, the coffee came out barely warm. The grind control and steamer were difficult to operate — the milk frothing wand doesn’t work like the ones baristas use; instead of frothing the milk, it only warms it in the glass.
