Really good product
Bought to replace an existing shower mixer in which the thermostat had failed - it was going to cost nearly as much for a replacement thermostat as it did for this whole unit. It fitted well, worked straight out of the box and has been in use now for several months, daily, and it is performing perfectly -very pleased and it was not expensive. Nice product, well made.

Replacement worked
Searched so many plumbing merchants but couldn't find a shower bar sold separately. Took the risk with this because of the 10 years warranty. Had it 2days and it's working nicely. Quick and easy fix from the previous shower bar. Should be sold in popular local D.I.Y shops .

Straightforward fit & works well - flow rate is a bit low, but saves water\energy !
Bought this to replace an existing mixer that had a leaking valve & the thermostatic control was not working very well (it was quite old).If you look at the pic I posted you can see the outlet is pointing upwards - most point downwards, and afaik you cannot just flip them as the controls are designed for hot & cold inlets to be on the left & right respectively). So this model is one of the few I could find that would work with my existing setup.I actually got a plumber to fit it, as I have a rubbish track record fitting anything to do with water, but he fitted it quickly without any issues; and importantly it connected to my existing shower pipework without alteration, so it has saved me money & the hassle of getting a full mixer\shower that most likely would not have fitted in the same wall point as my existing one (I'm referring to the point holding the shower head not the mixer).Temperature control works well - I do have to move it past the anti scald setting to get a decent temp; but tbh once you find the right temp you tend to leave it there.Tip - to prevent the thermostatic control getting stuck on any shower mixer (& failing) you should do the following once every month: whilst running the shower, move the temp control to the coldest setting & wait until the water goes really cold & then move it to the hottest setting & wait until it gets really hot (be careful not to get scalded). Do this twice & then return it to the normal temp you like.Back to this unit - it is quite slim; certainly slimmer than my old mixer & I do notice the flow rate is a bit lower than the old mixer whilst using the rainfall\fixed head, but it's still plenty enough for a decent shower & will be saving water & energy, so it's not a bad thing.

Great quality / great value
Old mixer bar had faulty thermostat. This seemed like an economical repair vs replacing the whole shower. So far so good. All washers / adapters etc arrived in the box. Seems good quality. Fast installation. Looks great. Reassuringly heavy.

Cheap(ish) for a reason - not a long-term option
Bought this ENKI, Dune, T33, Chrome, Thermostatic Shower Mixer Bar on the back of the good reviews. However, and it’s obvious when you think about it, the reviews are written shortly after the item has been removed from the box and is all shiny and new, so yeah, it looks 4 or 5 star. However, it is not worth the money (and the hassle) as it barely last a year! Within a few weeks of installing this item the on/off cartridge failed but it was replaced under warranty (albeit only after I had to go the the effort of removing the old one, cleaning it (yes, after only 10-12 weeks!) and then reinstalling it, and installing the new one when received). Now, the anti-scald feature has failed and so the shower is not safe for our child to use. I contacted the supplier who, despite advertising fast response took nearly 48 business hours to reply, as was the case when the other valve failed!), they got me to take the temperature cartridge out, clean it, reinstall it and see if that works but unsurprisingly it didn’t. Then, after another 48 or so business hours they say as it’s out warranty (yes, by less than 2 months and I would imagine the fault was developing before the warranty expired, if not fully existed and we just didn’t realise) they’re not going to do anything, except point me in the direction of the 2 parts that could be at fault on their website, that I can buy at a combine cost of 75% of what I paid for the whole unit! Not even a goodwill discount.in over 20 years of home ownership with branded shower components I have never had to replace a cartridge and showers have lasted for years, being replaced through choice, not necessity. The first time I buy a cheap one, from a sell-it-all retailer it turns out to be a load of c&@p!So, my advice? Do NOT buy this. Buy a proper known brand that is sold at diy stores etc and although you will probably pay a little more, it will be much cheaper in the long-run. And it will save you the hassle of having to frequently mess about turning the water off, removing and refitting cartridges, and turning the water back on!
