At the beginning of designing this Hello.Dr protable pellet smoker grill, a "smoker" gear was added to ensure the food will get the biggest smoky flavor.

The machine is not working and the display screen shows an "ERP" error, what should I do?

1. When connecting the power supply, leave the knob in the OFF position.

I am unable to ignite it properly, and the display shows an "ER2" error. What should I do?

ER2 indicates ignition failure because the internal spiral part is stuck by pellet or the igniter is damaged. Check the heat of the igniter and the movement function of the feed screw when ensuring that there are no pellets in the combustion tank.
