I've got harmony gelish top and base coat can this be mixed with a different branded colour?

Yeah you can mix it, as they couldn't post the same brand of base and top coat I had to use another. I have had no bother. I have it on two weeks now and no sign of chipping

Does this polish work with a led lamp? I bought a pixel lamp from super drug but the pixel led activated polishes are more expensive

I've been using Sensentionails LED lamp with this and it works the exact same!

how does it change colour?

It changes colour when your hot and cold. So when your cold its pink and when your warm its silver.
