This stuff is crazy. First of all it is sweet chocolate - I wasn’t expecting it to be sweetened. I think it is with stevia. It’s enjoyable to drink if you like a chocolate sweet treat.Now to the outcome, the result is almost like I took colace or similar. Very dramatically easy going. I have been out of sorts with my digestion this summer and was looking for help when I bought this. Today I feel very light and supposedly this type of fiber is really helpful for your gut health. Interested to see how this goes longer term.

Love this so far! I have used this for a few days, and the recommended dosage hasn't given me any gastric distress such as diarrhea, cramps, or gas. It works as advertised! I got the unflavored, and it mixes completely and easily into my morning coffee and/or protein drinks.

Do not purchase just because your favorite Peloton Instructor tells you she makes her coffee with this every morning. Negative 5 stars. This product does *NOT* dissolve easily at all. It clumps at the bottom of whatever liquid you’re mixing, leaving you to wonder how much product you’re actually consuming and how much you’re actually leaving behind in the cup. It doesn’t matter how hot the liquid is, it doesn’t matter how much I stir. It always settles at the bottom.

This is a great fiber and prohibió tics for your body, it was recommended to me by a great doctor, since I was struggling on a tough digestive and fisure problem that I had for more than 3 months it has being a life saver for my digestive problem since I was trying so many other products this one rally works and helps me. I take it on a daily basis, it only takes a spoon to do it’s job. And the most and great it has is that has no sugar at all which I love. You will not regret it.

I purchase two types of fiber mix powder, recently. This was just mediocre for mixing and taste. There was a mild taste but easily disguised. As far a digestion improvement, I didn't see any. The product did clump into globs when mixing with cold beverages (not iced, just cold) and not much better in my coffee. 3 stars for fiber and non gmo, etc... and I don't think it hurt me. Just didn't help - you may have different results.

I LOVE Daily Prebiotic Fibers. For all things fiber wise, this product was good. I just wasn't too much of a fan of the taste. It was slightly chalky, but I think that's because it was "unflavored". Overall, it blended well and did the job. 4 stars!

Useful for travel, tasteless, easy to mix into a beverage like coffee.
