Had a boot loop issue (rebooted after 1-3 minutes). Full refund!
So I got the rare one with issues it the box. Snowbell issued a full refund without questions! Would purchase from again! My wife's computer order was perfect from them!

Defective upon arrival
Item was defective upon arrival. Right after initial setup, computer restarted for update and won't boot properly since. Even tried booting from external USB to reinstall windows 11 and can't even do that, which shows how seriously defective this unit is.

Do Not Buy from this company and do not expect any support from them.
The small business "Computer Company" is a fraud & is disastrous, when they list their products incorrectly & do nothing to fix yet claim to be this high tech IT support company as well when they cant answer questions of support from myself or amazon shows they are useless. They claim to be a computer company yet dont understand basic computer architecture nor the computer they sell specs. The computer was listed with a graphics card 4x the size that was in the computer yet never once offered a partial refund or any type of apology to fix it just we will submit a ticket to correct the listing......I am severely disappointed in their customer service and knowledge. They didnt even know you could add a second SSD to this laptop telling me it had the max amount of hard drive this computer could take. So their tech department and their customer service department needs to learn a lot more before claiming to be such an amazing Computer Company.
