Pickup Truck Tent, Waterproof PU2000mm Double Layer for FT Truck Bed, Portable Bed Tent for Camping

The GoHimal Pickup Truck Tent was a fantastic purchase! It was super easy to put together—took me less than 15 minutes to set up by myself. The instructions are clear, and all the parts fit together perfectly. It fits great on my Tacoma (5.5-foot bed), snug and secure without any gaps. The double-layer design kept me warm and dry, even during a rainy night.The quality of the materials is excellent, and the waterproofing (PU2000mm) held up perfectly. If you’re looking for a convenient and reliable truck tent, this is a great choice. I can’t wait to take it on more camping trips!

Set up the first time I did by myself at night, not overly complicated with a little common sense. Zippers all worked well, poles worked well, the tent itself worked well. It did manage to keep me dry during a light rain. I woke up with water beads on the inside of the tent but I’m pretty sure it was just condensation from it being so cold outside. It got very windy at one point at the tent stayed in place without me in it and did not blow away or collapse. Make sure you set it up correctly with the black pole ends actually resting on the bed rails not inside the bed on the floor. Make sure your rain flaps on all sides are on the outside and tightened down enough to prevent moving. For the price you can’t go wrong.

Used it for a four day event. It’s easy to setup with just three main poles and a small one. Was able to use an air mattress in the truck bed. Only issues I can say will be that with temperatures reaching 40s F at night, there was lots of dew dripping in the tent so the exit was wet at times. It’s very thin so you either get really hot or really cold. It didn’t rain but I think you’ll need a cover just in case. I’ll probably get a better one eventually as this was last second decision and was cheap.

Perfect fit on truck, easy to install on bed, and well worth the price. Loved the rain cover and front "porch". This was perfect for my hunting trip. Paired with a cot it was very comfortable. Never rained so I cant attest to that, but everything else was on point!

This is fantastic! Built well. Way more room inside than expected. Super easy set up. This tent does cover the bottom (bed of truck). It is no different than a traditional pop up tent, except this one is more secure and easy to attach to the truck. It would not fit as well if I left my hardtop bed cover on. It’s been put to the test with several days of extremely strong Lake Erie wind gusts. Hasn’t budged and I mean we are only several feet from the water. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and I did a lot of research before choosing this particular tent. I made the right choice. Buy this one. (Pics were taken after getting back to camper)

My son recently bought a F150. We ordered this the second night he had it. He’s 6’4. It was easy to put up and withstood 2 nights of wind and rain. Kept dry. Tent fits well in truck bed. He had plenty of room. Of course she cannot fully stand up in this particular one because he is 6’4 but he’s still able to slouch to walk around it and get dressed. It fit well was easy to put up and withstood, wind and rain. We are totally satisfied.

This tent went very well with my 2018 ford f150 with the 5.5 foot bed.A little confusing at first to get put together, but after it was all setup we were in business. Breaks down easy and is very compact when packed away.Tons of room inside when it is all setup, the overhead canopy is a nice touch too. It stayed together pretty well against the wind.Good value overall, easy to get the hang of after one installation. I recommend this product 👌

I have been looking at these for a while now and chose this one based on price and headroom. I will say that the directions for set up are a bit vague and 1st set up took a bit longer than expected. Once i figured it out, it was great and fit my vehicle perfectly. I would suggest laying it out and attaching the side straps 1st, and then insert the poles. Once you get the hang of it set up is about 10 minutes.The water resistance is just that...resistance but not waterproof. I would likely not use this tent if the forecast was for heavy prolonged rain where i was going, but for the money it will do just fine for some light rain you may encounter. I really like the awning feature off the back to help keep the entry area dry and shaded. I do wish there was a window to the truck cab though....only design flaw i see.Plenty of room for me and my dog Abi to have great adventures in the mountains. Overall Abi approved and a good buy!! Happy camping....
