It’s easy to use. Be careful with the skin because colour is staying on skin.
It’s a little bit lighter brown than I was expected. So I ordered the black one also. Now I’m going to mix the two colours. It’s easy to put on hair it doesn’t need any bowls or brush.

Not the color as advertised.
Liked the ease of it. Hair was soft. My only complaint is the dark brown results in medium brown. My friend gave me a box first and the results were the same in color. I will order a black now to mix it darker. My hair is not totally grey only in the roots. It is naturally dark brown.

COLOR IN ADD IS A LIE!, I am blond and it turned DARK RED.
I AM A BLOND THAT USED THIS PRODUCT, MY HAIR TURNED A VERY DARK RED. :(The box and container showed the same women picture with dark red hair when you receive it, but I thought since blond isn't on the picture it would be light like picture in add, soooooooo not true.Very angry! I lost almost $30.

It works really great on my grays. I do section my hair and mix it in a hair dying bowl before I apply. My hair is thick and curly and I let it sit for 45min maybe longer if I’m dealing with something or cleaning. My turns out really soft, adds shine and it tames the frizz for the 1st week after dying. I’m really happy with dye! I’ve use both dark brown and reacently changed it to chestnut brown. Chestnut brown is the color used it the pictures.

Brassy!!
I believe this works best is you have solid brown hair with no previous highlights or light tones to your hair. My roots are naturally medium brown and the rest is light brown with strawberry undertones. I have highlights and wanted to cover some gray and bring my hair closer to its natural color. Unfortunately this made the higher hair very brassy. I look like a copper penny!!!!! I massaged it in for 5 min as directed but only left it in for 5 more minutes. I’m ordered a purple hair mask in hopes it removes this brassy color. I will update if worked.
