I'm very satisfied with this mask! I'm V's fiancé, and I wanted to personally write a review about my experience. I love using this mask in both the cold and hot options. It helps to relieve tension and to relax after work. I got it as a gift, and although I was apprehensive at first about using it, I've come to love this mask! I got them in both colors (the orange and yellow), and they are both very high-quality masks. I prefer to use one as the cold and the other as the hot masks (which I've read helps to ensure the longevity of the materials). But even if you get just one, I'm sure you will love it! It's durable, doesn't have any sharp edges, and feels really soothing.

I use this mask to reduce puffy eyes in the morning. After freezing the mask and 10 minutes of wearing, my eyes look awake and less puffy. The nose portion of the mask becomes slightly malformed in the freezer leaving a small bend in the plastic at the base of the nose, but it is only mildly noticeable while wearing. I highly recommend this mask for it's depuffing qualities, almost full face coverage and quality of the beads inside.

I did like this product but have a few small issues.1: heat didn’t last long2: I noticed quite a bit of condensation3: I wish there was more pressure on my forehead and temples.I’ll still use this for headaches, but it isn’t the greatest. If you are looking for something really nice though you’ll have to spend more money.

i purchased this to attempt to soothe the bags under my eye but it really wasnt able to touch under my eye as i wanted so i returned it to get something that would more closely fit my eyes including under my eyes

This is actually a good product. I left it in the freezer for 15 minutes. You cant leave it in for a long period, I think it would be damaged

This product sucks. It doesn't freeze in the freezer, the little balls inside barely get cold and do not remain cold for long at all. I literally couldn't use it, wasted my money.

It fits nicely for me. My husband has to adjust it to fit around his nose. I think if the strap was a little longer, he would have a problem. (I may do that!) The mask is very comfortable and puts me to sleep while relaxing my sinus’!

Stays warm for about 10 mins, barely. Didn't press right on my cheeks, where I needed the most pressure, as I was using it for a sinus infection.
