Great clean energy for grappling no gi and thai boxing. Slow but steady energy and lasts a long time. Only take half the recommended dose and im grappling with people half my age and doing great! after using for 2 months, getting back into shape, finally able to feel like im not even tired after grappling. Went from gassing in 1 minute to being able to go several matches and have leftover energy. Finally feel like i can do doubles now again after i havent trained in 10 years. Working out with 20 year olds and im double that. This stuff definitely works, you feel clean and focused. Im also doing cartwheels and have completely messed up shoulders but can still hang.

This stuff is the real deal , I train MMA and holy cow I've seen a tremendous boost in my performance, my cardio in particular which is what mma is mostly , I've had some pretty crazy sessions with this stuff I've trained for 2 hours with 3 very short breaks and had the energy to run 3 miles after class , it makes you breathe better it feels like a hack honestly. I thought it was hype after seeing some of my favorite athletes use it , it's not this stuff is the real deal , if you're into mma or any endurance sport buy this you won't regret

My favorite Onnit supplement. The science behind all Onnit products, and anything endorsed by Joe Rogan is legit. When I took this, I noticed an initial boost of energy. Each time I used this supplement, the point in my workout when I would normally start to wear out and want to quit early, never came. I found myself with more energy and doing more sets than I had originally planned. Loved this stuff. Better than preworkout because it is all natural and doesn't give you shakes, while still giving you that extra push. Only downfall, serving size. I believe the ingredients are fat soluble (don't quote me on that), so the more you weigh, the more they suggest to take. Being 225 pounds, I found myself often taking a minimum of 4 capsules each time. So unfortunately, bigger people will spend much more on this in the long run, but I would buy it again.

I ordered this product April 3, and it hasn't even arrived yet. That is totally unacceptable. Amazon says it won't get here until April 15, nearly two week after I ordered.The product is great. The service in getting it to Colorado Springs? Terrible!

Upon taking product(s) Omnit Shroom Tech Sport and Omnit Alpha Brain, as directed, within 30-45 minutes I became lightheaded, dizzy, and nauseous. I waited until the next day about mid-day and tried taking the recommended dose one again and approximately 1 hour or less later, the same thing happened again…lightheadedness, dizziness, and a sick feeling in my stomach. According to seller, the products “do not qualify for return”, so I need a full refund.
