Can you tell me how many vent openings are at the top of the tent, and can they be closed if you need to.

There are 2 vents. They can be 90% closed but not completely.

I guess this one doesn't come with a stove jack like the other onetigris tents. What are the dimensions of the hole and does it have velcro?

It has a stove jack with a cover that can be closed with velcro fasteners. The diameter is about 4 inches.

Is it waterproof or water resistant? It says 350-400mm but that seems a lot lower then most other tents.

Because of the shape of the teepee, it sheds water almost immediately. The material may not have a high waterproof rating and that’s because it doesn’t need it due to the angle of the walls.
