I do like this BUT only for use with sensible people as idiots can’t work out why no water whilst re heating. This is not instant and patients needed hense people with a brain to use only other than that nice, looks good does what it needs to do.

January I replaced my Mylek urn as it started boiling regularly by itself- with the Oypla urn - this also did the same thing so put away for rainy day and bought the GiantexUK- OH WHAT A JOY AND REMARKABLE DIFFERENCE- no re boiling by itself-you can time it to come on in the morning -it has auto shut off not only when lil water in it but auto locks after gaining your water- its very easy to use and I love it. It stays drinkable hot at 68 degrees hot enough to get quick cuppa down ya n if not hot enough u can reboil. It's impressive looking too and highly recommend this item

The thing I like about this product is that you can set a time for it to start boiling, then in 45 minutes you have 5Lts of boiling water. ( The timing setting is very easy ) just press the time button for the numbers of hours before you want it to start heating up.Down SideYou cannot use the electric pump until the kettle has boiled which is a bit of a nuisance if you only want a small amount of water. The other thing is the lid is quite heavy for the size of the hinge and it seem it could be a bit of a weak point. Also it would benefit from a balanced spring on the lid to keep it in the open position when filling, you only have to catch it or knock it whilst filling and it will come crash down. All that said I'm pleased with my purchase up to now.

I have had one of these for years they are brilliant this one is just as good as last one recommend to anyone value for money

Easy to use instructions except there is a on off knob with no explanation. Temperature stays steady looks good worth the money. Would buy it again.

Feels and looks cheap compared to our Japanese model. Does the job so far though and has some good operational features .

When you spend a lot of time, whether at home or the office, this is the perfect item for that quick cup of tea or coffee. Its use of electric is small, as it slowly heats the water up, which means it is Energy Efficient, more than a Kettle. You can set the temperature to that which suits you, and it will maintain it. In my case, at the end of the day, I fill it up before going to bed and set the Timer (included on the machine) so that it is ready for the next day.

I wonder how I got by without one. the first one leaked after constant use, not complaining ,bought another, I'm a coffee addict and this is a godsend. luvit.
