Some supplements, such as this super B formulation is well worth taking for everyone. It is literally pennys per day to get a solid combination of vitamins. There is plenty of evidence that a steady dose of such vitamins promotes good health, especially in our time and place where foods that we eat are not fresh and often processed (these or actually nothing for that matter, will offset the ravages of contamination from pesticide and herbicide residues).

The big box store brand I bought was made in China. These are made in America and it’s a goodbye. I will purchase them again.

The best I can say, “It works wonderfully “. Been taking for several years. I can tell if I miss a day or a couple days . When I resume on schedule. WOW! It’s back and I feel great again.

I like them - can't necessarily feel any "energy" from them, but I guess I like the idea that I am doing something nice for my body and taking these along with the various other supplements. I actually don't have any real basis for comparison as these are the first B-complex supps that I've bought.The only problem that I have is that these are FUNKY smelling. I guess like any other combo vitamin/supplement as many multis can stink - but oh holy night are these funky. Especially funky if they kind of oxidize accidentally, such as my case - which is probably the main issue. And yes, I am well aware that I essentially did this to myself - this is the only downside that I have.Good thing you can't burp them up like a fish oil supplement because you'd be friendless.

I'm still alive. Cardiologist said to take Super B Comples some 20 years ago and I'm still here at 90. Don't know if Kirkland is responsible.

Great deal for the amount/size of the vitamins. I usually get this from Costco so I get more for my money. Satisfied with the product.

I have been feeling fatigued and I have tried a lot different things, energy drinks and caffeine were getting me through the day, but this B-Complex seems to help me a lot. I have been taking one in the morning and one at lunch. I used to feel okay in the morning, but the afternoon was sucking at work. I noticed an improvement with the vitamins on the first day of taking them. They even seem to help you recover from a hangover if you drank too much on occasion. I don't know if I will continue with taking two a day, it will depend on how I feel. I also think that they help me be less stressed.
