I bought a $10 Zuzume Phone Card. I read the instructions carefully, several times, because I had never used a Phone card before and wanted to ensure I wouldn’t make any mistakes. I followed those instructions to the letter and waited for my call to be connected to my dogs carer in the Caribbean. I waited for 10 minutes and was NOT connected. So, I tried again. Imagine my utter surprise when I was notified that the balance on the Zuzume Phone Card was reduced to $6 with a mere 18 minutes remaining. How can that be? I made no call! I was NOT connected! The word that come to mind is “Rip Off”. Zuzume’s Customer Care remains unattainable! I will not purchase another Zuzume Phone Card again nor can I recommend it to anyone else. The one star in this review goes to Amazon for its delivery of the Zuzume Phone Card in a timely manner and in good condition.

Sooo stupid. Do not consider!
Bad quality. It sent me to advertisements, scams, and some poll campaigns. I was even asked to put my ID, which happens after you dial your destination, wasting your time and keeping you waiting on your charge.
