Are the disposable after one use?

You can dispose of them if you want, but in my opinion they do not have to be. I have been washing and reusing the same pair since I bought them about a month ago. They seem quite sturdy. I do put a little bit of powder in them just before I put them on, and of course I make sure they are completely dry after washing before reusing them.

Will using these over time correct toe curvature permanently?

It's my understanding that, if the curvature has not "set" and the joint still has flexibility when you manipulate it with your fingers, then the curvature might be straightened out. Some physical therapists use kinesio-tape to help brace the toe holding it in a corrective position. But if you have hammer or claw toes, then more is wrong than just the curvature. You should see an orthopedic doctor or a podiatrist for a diagnosis. You might need a good arch support, so the problem won't keep getting worse. But if the toe isn't frozen, it might be straightened mechanically.
