Does the job well
It's a soft-sided, wheeled duffel. Maybe best in class at this price point. It's just the right size for a checked bag (you can load this thing right up to 23kg/50lb, but it would be hard to go much over), and pretty durable; after multiple international trips, it still looks like new. I also appreciate the water-resistant fabric, as anyone else who has had their luggage left outside in the rain might.I guess it's kinda' basic and I wish it collapsed a little flatter for storage, but overall this is a solid pick.

Great Bag!!
Got this for my fiancé and he absolutely loves it. Great quality construction, zipper, and wheels. Has held up pretty well so far and is actually really nice to travel with even if it is pretty big.

Just get it.
Used on 10 day trip to Spain. This and a medium size backpack fit everything I needed and left room for souvenirs. High quality, light, durable, large wheels. We were in planes, trains, automobiles, and various streets and sidewalks. Love it. Note some people might not like the look of the water resistant material but it is super durable and rugged.

Love it. The perfect roll-aboard bag
My wife went looking for a new roll-aboard bag a few months back. She bought the Transporter 38 from Osprey... almost this same bag but a bit smaller and it has a laptop sleeve and some more compartments. We traveled with it 2 or 3 times and it was a great roller bag.1. The pull handle is LONG and has 2 posts. The long handle lets even 6'4" guys like me pull the bag without slumping down on one side. Having 2 posts keeps the bag more stable as you pull it over uneven ground (my older single-pole-in-the-middle bag used to use the pole as an axel and would spin whenever I hit a bump).2. The wheels are smooth rolling, tucked up into the frame for protection and are wide set for stability.3. There's just enough of a framework to keep the bag from being a floppy mess and rolling but not so much that it becomes heavy.4. It's super light.5. The plasticized fabric is practical and sturdy. After using that bag for several trips, I said something like "I wish they made this bag without the laptop sleeve and all of the extra pockets, so I could just have all of the room in the main compartment. I'd buy that for sure!" My wife replied "Yeah... I think they do. I always travel with my laptop, so I wanted that feature." This bag is exactly what I had wanted. I've traveled with it twice now and I'm very happy with it.

Massive and light
What can I say other than wow. I travel to the north slope of Alaska and needed a light duffel to transport a lot of arctic gear back and forth. I had to keep the weight under 50 lbs and was able to pack a lot of clothing in it without going over. Size is enormous, but it slims down well to fit under the bunk or stood up in a closet without a huge footprint. Having had this thing go through checked baggage multiple times I am impressed with the durable material it is made out of. Osprey I used to think was just a luxury outdoor brand, but they really put their money where their mouth is. I looked at north face, tumi, patagonia amongst others, the weight, large wheels, and frame made this an easy choice.

Top notch Osprey quality and style
I'm an avid Osprey fan and I own 12+ bags with the osprey brand. This bag and the larger 90L variety are the best bags that I have purchased from Osprey. Made with a rugged weatherproof material, these bags hold a ton and can take some abuse. The wheels are top notch as with all their High Road Chasis products. This bag will last for a very long time.

Seems to fit the need
Finally got to use it on a three week trip to Spain. We flew, used trains, buses, subways, and lots of walking with luggage, so it got a good workout. The wheels worked well over the various surfaces. I replaced a convertible backpack of slightly larger size with more flexibility in the fabric. I would really like this bag if it was made with different fabric that had more "give." The zipper is high quality. The frame is good. I do not understand why it is curved at the bottom on the back side as it just removes some packable space. If it was a convertible backpack the shape would make more sense. The one issue I found is the handle will pinch and it hurts when collapsing. I ended up manually pushing the buttons in to avoid the sticking of the handle and the resulting pinch. I think the price is a bit high but I was spoiled with my $30 Coleman bag that has traveled thousands of miles. Make it out of different fabric and I this one would be my go to for sure.

Durable, effective, aesthetic, functional, who needs more?
I bought two of these to drag across Italy for a month (also got their backpacks that were AMAZING) and they performed flawlessly. When trekking across a foreign country, you want bags you can rely on. Truly that limits you to rolling duffels since they have two solid fixed wheels that are not going to break off AND they are wrapped in fabric or leather that can't break like a plastic luggage box. These bags were loaded down with 50lbs each by the end of the trip and performed great. Sure, the less than glossy surface gets scuffed up, but what luggage isn't going to get scuffed up? Unless you're flying in private jets, I think scuffed luggage is expected. I think they look fine with the marks on them, give them character. But the pockets are great, great handle, rolls great. You can drag them up and down stairs or curbs, throw them into a cab, and they survive crazy airport staff. These are now my bags of choice to fly with. Zippers are also strong. We could stand on the bag to stuff them with clothes and the zippers handled our abuse just fine.
