The quality is good and they serve their function very well. Draw around the oval with a pencil to give you your cutting line. I used a jig saw to cut the holes. You can cut the two oval shapes at the same time, either side of the door, with it. Start off by drilling a sufficiently big hole right through the door before you put your jigsaw blade through to start cutting.

Looks amazing once installed, however a template included would be useful to remove the guesswork from drilling and chiselling out the door: overall feels solid and looks good

A well made product, larger than expected and hence you need to remove a lot of wood to fit it as it's quite deep.

The description and the item don't follow fully - the recess is still only 40mm wide (like the 50mm diameter version of this handle), so don't think you're getting a larger recess by ordering the 60mm diameter version!
