I believe it’s just water. I would not advise you leaving this in any car simply for the fact that it’s plastic and it will more than likely leak. One of mine started to leak a week after getting it

What are the dimensions? The dimensions in the table conflict with the dimensions in the narrative.

They are very, very tiny & can be held in 2 fingers. The pictures enhance the size. I would say they are pocket size. O.K. for traveling I guess.
