Would this be sutable for my children ages, 6,4,3 ?

My 4 year old granddaughter liked it and our 6 year old grandsons. Adults do have to ride with them and you have to pull slow for the young ones. Our 13 and 10 year olds loved it and enjoyed reversing it.

Is it okay with just 1 rider?

Yes. One rider is fun. But b carefull if it catches air under the nose. Rider can fall off awkward. Mild speeds lots of fun for one.

Where do you inflate it? Are there two inflation points? one for thre bottom and one for the sides/back?

There are two inflation areas. One for the bottom pillow is on the back and the one for the back pillow is on the front. We love this tube. It has been very durable and would buy another one.

according to sportsstuff the weight limit for 3 riders is 510 lbs. I have had 3 adults each weighing 200 lbs + and the tube performed perfectly. This is probably the most stable tubing platform I have ever had. I have had 2, 3, and 4 person tubes and this tube outperforms them all. Although not recommended, I have even had one person standing while towing straight. I highly recommend this tube!
