It Breaks Down!!!
This seems like a great computer for a while. This one was just after the warranty expired, and once again it stopped working and I lost all my information!!! I am so disappointed and frustrated with this product! I’ll never order it or other product from them again!! 🙁

Has a bios/motherboard for a Laptop
It's an OK computer if you like buying features you're locked out of.It has an integrated Intel UHD 630 graphics chip (GPU), which is fine if Intel could write better drivers. One of the windows API calls in the driver is really bad. A fill call that is used in simple graphics. My word doc(s) that have this graphic element redraw/repaint/refill every time the document is scrolled or focus switches between active windows. This doesn't happen with the crappy basic windows display driver even. But that has no settable screen resolution (locked out). And the PCI Slot 1 - Nvidia 1650 (GPU) is just in the case doing nothing. It is not usable unless I play a game. I do not game with this computer, so it's useless. And, you are locked out of Advanced settings in the BIOS on this machine. You cannot disable the Intel UHD 630 integrated GPU and select the Nvidia 1650 GPU sitting in PCI Slot 1, as the main graphics display driver for the system. It is a retarded mess; using a laptop bios/motherboard configuration for a desktop computer and locking out the end consumer/user. I called HP support they are useless. The support boards are useless. And this is an unresolved/unresolvable problem for many other end users also, not only me.
