I have 2 27 in monitors, will they wobble on this desk if I use the monitor arm desk stand?

I have a 32" and a 27" on the desk. Mine are on monitor stands, not on an arm. The desk is very stable, I think I could stand on it.

How sturdy is it? If you try and shake it does it move?

It is very sturdy. Some movement when shaking. But no issues with regular usage 10 hours a day.

Where are RGB led located?

There is no RGB LED. I was disappointed when I setup mine to find that out

Where are the rgb lights mentioned in title?

There are no RBG lights. I was very disappointed when I set mine up to find none
