Bought this after going to doctors for a URI, because he suggested using a neti pot. I purchased this product instead since it offered everything that was needed. Setup is easy and it comes with enough product for fifty uses. Feels a little weird as flushing begins. Kid of like swimming and getting water up your nose. But it seals easily to nose and works well. I use distilled water and clean it after every use per directions. That part is very important since you don't want to recontaminate your nose with subsequent uses. It is a quick and easy process to clean with dish soap per instructions. After nasal lavage my nasal passages feel nice and clear. I will buy another for my summertime allergies.

Clears nostrils and easy to use. I work a blue collar job and often come home with dust in my nose. Comes with enough packets to use 50 times so i would say its a good value for price and works great to clear/clean sinuses.

If you've never tried nasal irrigation, NOW is the time! I had a BAD Cold/SINUS infection and used this product three times a day to aid in clearing out mucus that blowing one's nose couldn't reach! Easy to follow instructions; pre measured saline packets which are indispensable......Don't even think about doing THAT YOURSELF! EXCELLENT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. ITS EASY TO Do and feels good!

I tried a Navage first and hated it. Just didn’t fit my nostrils and felt like water boarding.I decided to just try this sinus rinse bottle from NeilMed and am so happy about it. So much easier, less fussy, works better.

Okay, there is not way around it - this is gross. But if you are like me and need congestion relief - this is your product. I was surprised by how effective it was. It's not pleasant to do, but the payoff is worth it. The price is great, too!

I have been using NeilMed Sinus Rinse for years, normally I buy NeilMed Sinus Rinse - 2 Bottles - 250 Premixed Packets because it has 250 packets and 2 bottles, and change the bottles around every 3 months. For those that dont use it all the time, or in my case when needing another bottle, I buy this one here with the bottle and it comes with 50 packets. Its very simple to use, pour in the packet into the bottle. Fill it with distilled or bottled water (and I've used warm tap water for a full year as well without any issue). I open my mouth, insert the nozzle into one nostril, and breathe out through the mouth as I squeeze gently and 500 micronized nano robot surgeons go in and remove all the gunk and the water comes out the other nostril. Pretty amazing for such a low price ;) Personally I use it twice a day when I wake up and in the evening. Its better then a neti pot and really works well for allergic rhinitis issues I've found and wont burn when using the packets. Serrapeptase, a supplement, also works well for me as it thins mucus and is a anti inflammatory so no need for steroids with many side effects. I use Source Naturals brand.
