Can i put this like in a window?

This primarly design for indoor. Mostly cabinets, enclosed spaces. I believe it would not survive outdoor side of the window.

Can you reverse the fans on the unit in case you order the wrong direction system?

It may be possible the fans were turned around to reversed air flow.

Can this be used in my pantry to keep it cool?

These units move air, not cool the air. If the area the fans are drawing air from is cooler than your pantry, the result should be a decrease in temperature in your pantry. We've installed numerous AC Infinity units in Audio/Visual enclosure to displace the warm air generated by the electrical components. We often create vents through out the units for the fans to draw cooler air, typically closer to the floor. AC Infinity makes a very reliable, easy to use product that works great! Just make sure you are drawing air from a cooler area, otherwise, your panty will not be cooled.

You would be better off just getting a plain fan and putting it on a switch. This fan has (and you are paying for) many programmable features. This same company has many models without the controller.
