Does this have to be dissolved or can you just swallow it?

You allow it to dissolve in your mouth. It has a pleasant, mildly sweet taste. I crack it with my teeth to allow it to dissolve more quickly. It takes about 30 seconds. My functional medicine doctor recommended this brand.

Great from those with MTHFR

I have had several miscarriage and an array of medical conditions and recently discovered I have MTHFR. I have tried methylated b-vitamins and just cannot tolerate those. When I heard about folinic acid, I decided to give this stuff a try along with the Adenosyl/Hydroxy B12 and within the first day, it was a noticeable difference. I felt less anxious, more energy, and more blood flow to my whole body. I don’t think I have ever taken anything that has drastically improved my health this quickly. I would highly recommend taking these!

These gave me my energy back
