Q: Has anyone else found pieces of thin plastic through their tub of coconut oil?

Same! I’m finding it throughout now my second tub of coconut oil and I can’t find where this company addresses it. It’s not just on top it’s throughout the whole tub. I’ll be switching brands.

Q: What are the ingredients?

"Cocoa nucifera (coconut) oil. Natural ingredients may vary in color and consistency." So literally coconut oil and nothing BUT coconut oil. No binders, preservatives, or anything else.

Q: I’m seeing small plastic-like bits all throughout the jar. It breaks apart easily. Has anyone else experienced this/know what it is?

This product is essentially liquid when the room temperature is fairly high. In a cooler environment, it becomes solid. I have not seen the plastic-like bits that you are referring to.

Amazing product

I wish I knew about this stuff years ago. First off it smells like coconut cookies, need I say more. It is 100% coconut oil, nontoxic, and I never break out even though I have sensitive skin. I have even gotten it on my clothes and sheets it comes right out in the wash. It is great as a massage oil or a moisturizer. My only advice is that it doesn't really dry fast so it may transfer onto a leather or vinyl surface, but it wipes right off. I put some on dry skin before I went to the gym once and noticed it left a mark on the machine. Wiped right off. Another tiny issue with this type of oil is that if it gets cold it gets hard as a rock, almost like wax. However you can still scoop it with your finger and as soon as you place it on your warm skin it melts.

Great product, great smell

Works wonders. Especially during the summer. Works well on skin and hair, protects from dryness. Also use it on my dogs face when he starts to have patches of fur missing from scratching

Beautiful texture hides fine lines on face

LOVE this coconut oil for skin. My previous brand tended to cake up in the jar and it was hard to spread evenly on the face. But this brand has a beautiful texture. Your face will glow and the fine lines are not visible at all.

My thoughts on this product

Great product, and this is coming from a person who doesn’t write many reviews. I see a lot of people complain about this product being delivered in its liquid form. This is normal reminder it is coconut oil, so when this happens just pop it in the fridge for a few hours and your be good to go. I’ve been using this product now for a few months, and I’ve noticed my skin staying moisturized longer, it also leaves skin with a little shine. I’ve went from using coco butter to now switching to this. I would definitely recommend this product.
