imanie is very very pretty but the first day i got her for christmas i was holding her and she dropped and she broke eventhough she is beautiful she is also delacate

Imani is beautiful. Not sure how to make her pig tails stand up like in her online photo. I love this doll, so it's hard to have any constructive criticism, other than from an advertising viewpoint.Looking at her photo, sitting on her blanket, she looks like a 12-18 month toddler, much bigger than she actually is; 20 in; so from a size perspective, but not an anatomical perspective, she is more newborn size. The photo is deceptive in this regard. She may look like a toddler who can sit by herself but she's newborn size with 8-24 month anatomical body build (head size matches body size, unlike a young baby with a typical larger-than-body head size), yet she is the size of a newborn; a toddler without the toddler rolls and tummy.That said, the doll is gorgeous, has the sweetest face, makes me smile (and miss my granddaughter, who looks just like her at age 2), every time I look at her. Despite the price, I think she's worth every penny.

She is a beautiful doll. She sits on the top of my book shelve. My daughters long to hold her. If they could, she would be their favorite doll.

The little girl who received this was 10yrs. Old and had the same name. IMANI and she loves it.
