Can this tap withstand hard water?

Yes we have had it in for two years now and live in a hard water area. Had no issues at all.

Hi there where do you buy the remote from to re program the sensor position please ?

The remote is about £300 so unless you’re a professional bathroom fitter you won’t be buying that. You can’t change any of the settings without the remote.

Is there a brass version of this, also mains powered?

I believe there is. However....since having the tap for 15 months. I have the battery operated one, had two battery replacements...a new tap replaced by Grohe in July 2022. Not surprised, battery dead once again.

Confirm mains-powered is an UK Plug?

I’ve had mine for about 15 months and the battery has already gone flat. It’s in an upstairs bathroom just shared by my husband and I.
