I'm a Spider-Man cosplayer and professional Spider-Man party entertainer. That said, my $950 suit has built-in soles that have been used and abused. They started falling apart at cons and parties and every time I tried to glue it with my wife's nail super glue, cloth glue, and even hot glue. Nothing worked. I bought this "Shoe-Fix Glue" and it was a MIRACLE! It worked in a pinch and held stronger than ever!I cannot overstate how much I love this stuff. I even went ahead and bought 2 more bottles for future cosplay emergencies. I will absolutely keep coming back for this stuff!

I’ve used other shoe repair products, but this Shoe Fix Glue is the fastest and most effective of them all. I do keep the glue in the refrigerator, as suggested on the packaging. It does get crusty around the cap in time. But I am so pleased with the results I’ve bought it for myself again and for my kids. It works in 45 seconds. I’ve repaired several shoes with it. For the price, the bottle seems small, but it does go far.

I love Hawaii, but we have an issue with glue here. It doesn't last. Pictured are my 'fancy' sneakers - I don't wear them in wet weather, for hiking, or on the beach. As you can see these sneakers are not heavily worn but over time, just sitting in the closet, the glue holding the black lower sole to the white upper sole just dissolves, little by little.I started using this product about a year ago and so far it is working great. I have never let the entire sole come off but check the edges and apply as needed. I have yet to have to reapply to an area.Like any super-glue-type product you have to be careful, but once you get the feel for it application is pretty easy, mainly because of the bottle and nozzle design. A little goes a long way. And the cap doesn't get glued on. While it sticks quickly I always give it plenty of drying time.This product is a little more expensive than others, and I admit that on my 'everyday' sneakers that have a limited life anyway I use a cheaper general adhesive (and, when they become 'yardwork' sneakers, I use duct tape), but I definitely recommend this product for nice shoes and sneakers that need to be re-glued.

I have a pair of hiking sandals that I really like, but the treading has worn down. I went and order a sheet of rubber retreading material and bottle of this "Shoe-Fix Glue" to retread the hiking sandals. Over the weekend the retreading material and this glue arrived and I went and retreaded the hiking sandals. Just yesterday, I took a very wet and muddy 6 1/2 mile hike using the newly retreaded sandals and so far this glue is holding up very nicely. I am talking through mud, water, sand, over rocks, etc and it is holding! Even earlier today, I went for a 7 1/2 mile trail run and afterwards, needed to change out of my muddy trail shoes and put on those same sandals. I took a short recovery walk along the river and again, this glue is holding up. We shall see how it holds over the course of the upcoming spring and summer as I will be spending a lot more time out and wearing these newly retreaded sandals. For those that just think that this is just overpriced superglue, I've tried "regular" superglue in the past for these kinds of repairs and it did not hold up worth a damn after even just one outing. This stuff appears to be the real deal. I can see it being useful for other repairs that may involve rubber or similar materials where a flexible repair is necessary beyond just shoes. I had at least two other pairs of shoes/sandals that I also want to retread, so I ended up ordering three more sheets of the retreading material and another bottle of this "Shoe-Fix Glue".

This stuff does what other brands claim to do and don't. Been using it for years, and use it all the time. Especially good for ladies jewelry repair. Interestingly, it stays SLIGHTLY flexible so that you can repair shoes with it. Just FYI...be super careful with this stuff, it seriously bonds within a couple of seconds, including human skin. If you do have an accident, don't panic....get some Lacquer Thinner (any hardware store) and soak the bond and eventually it will release.

I have repaired many otherwise good shoes and boots, and this product works great. Better than any other product I've tried. Just be sure you apply to all the surfaces that make contact.

It’s supposed to be shoe glue but really it’s just super glue. It smells like super glue, it flows like super glue, and it works just like super glue. I needed this because the soles of my shoes were coming off and it works great to stick it back on, but unfortunately super glue dries brittle and eventually it will crack and break off again. Really for shoes we need flexible glue that can withstand bending and flexing.
