Great
Brilliant stuff. Better than the more expensive type. Did the job. Will keep on top of using for stones to keep them glued together. Gives it a shiny coat. Would recommend and willBe buying more of it

Seems to work!
I have a border around my patio slabs that neede re-filling with stones. I wanted to fix them in place but also help prevent weeds getting in there. I've only just done the job, but the results look pretty good. No idea yet how it will last of course.I had 3 x 25Kg bags of White Spar stones from Wickes. I decided to go with the mixing together method - put some of the stones in a bowl and mix by hand together with the compound. Then lay them. There was only just enough to coat the 3 bags. I was surprised though how well set they were the next day. Stones that looked loose were actually fixed!I have to deduct a star because it is way too expensive! I've got to buy another gerry can to do a small decorative area on the lawn now. I would prefer to have extra to give it a final spray with the compound.Make sure you clean your stones and dry them out first. So be prepared for some work!

Good but very expensive
Why did you choose this product over others?:Good product but only giving it three stars as it is very expensive. It has a similar consistency to milk so it is a must to use a fine sprayer pressure bottle and to apply it in warm weather (summer time). Otherwise, you will spend a massive amount. With the sprayer a single coat (1 x 5L bottle) covered 3mx3m= 9m2. You will need three coats. I applied it initially in colder weather and it did not work. For 9m2 I have used in total 7 bottles, although with 3 bottles it could do if applied in summer and with a sprayer.I have tried to replicate the product cheaper using SBR bond 5L bottle mixed 1/1 with water and I got acceptable results, but not as solid. However, that was much cheaper.I am a bit concerned that there is not a chemical composition of the product in the bottle. How can we be sure it is safe to use long term as it is possible to breath some in while spraying it?We will see how it last through the seasons.

Not simple to apply (updated review not fit for purpose)
I will update this in time, but based on applying this today I have given 3 stars. I applied using a sprayer normal garden pressure sprayer which was described in the advert as acceptable to use, this was a pain the sprayer would last around 10 seconds before having to be striped down to clear the blocked filter throughout use a plastic type substance blocks the filter from within the liquid so a 8 square meter area took close to an hour to do.The suggested coverage was about half stated which was really annoying as 1 tub should have been enough to give the area 2 coats but no, as the sprayer has no flow control the 5 litres only covered around 8 Square metersI will up date once dry to see how effective it isNow its been down for a day you can see the difference in colour many asked if it's a wet look which it isn't but it definitely changes the colour, the first picture is treated gravel the second is the dry natural colour much lighter than the treatedUpdate 6 days after being applied, absolute garbage, the area treated as per manufacturers directions has been left untouched for 6 days plenty more than the 48 hours directed, the weather has been warm and dry with one rain shower on day 5, day 6 my twin girls aged 17 months were playing in the garden and on occasion ventured onto the gravel to retrieve balls, the 4 close pictures shows what this has done, all the lighter areas are where the bond has broken and reverted back to loose gravel. It clearly states not suitable for vehicle traffic or regular heavy duty traffic, 2 toddlers on the first day of use hardly constitutes this, this should clearly state decorative purpose only, not fit for purpose.

Worth every penny!
I used this after graveling a large area of my patio. Its a well walked on area and was sick of the gravel being g kicked up. I went through four of them, yes it was expensive but boy was it worth the money. You know what they say "buy cheap buy twice" time will tell if it will stand up to Welsh weather. But I am so chuffed right now. If you follow the instructions and do it properly the result is brilliant!! I used a pump spray bottle which was in my opinion the best way for the area I had to cover. @easihold

You’ll need more than you think.
The system works well when used for aesthetic purposes and very light footfall. You’d need something stronger for regular footfall. The container says 8 square metres in 3 coats. I tried it on 6 square metres and it ran out at the end of the second coat. I’d say a container does 3-4 square metres in 3 coats using a sprayer. My gravel was 30mm deep. Don’t use a watering can, as the rose clogs quickly and the coverage is greatly reduced. Wash all your kit immediately, especially if you use a sprayer. My only complaint is that it turns white gravel yellow. So darker gravels will be better suited. My advice is buy double what you think you need and be prepared to re-do parts of it next year. They do a trade pack of 4 which I bought after trying the single container.
