Check and make sure part number matches
It’s crazy Samsung wanted almost $60 each. And I got these on Amazon for around $40 for all 4. And now my washer is working great. It’s just going through loads of wash now I would have never thought. Because the rods were bad it would bang around and reset the washer and it would take like a hour for one load. Now supper fast loads again.

Worked better than originals!
These were just what my washing machine needed. The spin cycle could not complete without throwing an off balance error (dC) after hitting the sides of the machine frame. I had to constantly take out wet heavy clothes and try to rebalance the load, sometimes spinning only a few items at a time. I could not have more than 1 towel without it going off balance at even low spin settings. These replacements made a big difference and now I can wash/spin heavy loads and never have a problem with load balance. It has been around a month and we have done at least 20 loads without any issues. You can see the difference in these rods, as they are thicker than originals and have a black rubber damper to keep the washing machine from wobbling. Super good quality and very reasonably priced! I'm glad I bought these here and would highly recommend.

Great quality. Exactly as described.
Our Samsung washer couldn’t complete a single load without going off-balance. After a little research, there were two possible issues. One was a nut under everything in the center of the tub. Evidently it can get loose. This wasn’t the problem for ours. The second “remedy” was the four suspension rods (this product). I comparison shopped, and these were the best for the least.Needless to say, found a YouTube video to remove/install.. I also want to add, that the original suspension rods looked completely normal (not broken or damaged). Visual inspection can’t be trusted with these. Replace all four, and it’ll save you hundred on repair costs. Pretty easy install… my dad and I did it in about 30 minutes.Since they were replaced, my machine works like new again! I haven’t had one load (even bedding/heavy loads) go off-balance since!!They came pre-greased as well (no need to buy any lithium grease/equivalent)

Exact copies of origional
Just like the original out of the box. When I did a load of clothes, the barrell r8îsunk further down with a full load of laundry more than it did on as prior

These worked perfectly at half the cost of manufacturer's part replacement.
Original cost estimates to fix my "DC code" problem were leading me to buy a new machine ($400 vs $699). This code is the imbalance on the spin cycle, which aborts the completion of the wash. I found the product # on a web site, then got the quote on Amazon. I hired an appliance repair man to only do the installation, at my risk if the parts weren't correct or if this fix didn't work. Result was I spent $232 total. My revitalized Samsung has now worked through about 20 full cycles without mishap. I should note that the Amazon site made me feel confident because it had a check system on the part number needed for the washer model. The repair was done in about 20 minutes by a professional Appliance Serviceman. Parts were delivered to my home in about four days.

I was sent the old style, not updated, version (buyer beware)
Note the picture. It is the new updated version of these Suspension Rods. I was sent an older version, without the black rubber piece to stiffen the springs, and different color plastic pieces. I specifically purchased from this seller because these are advertised as Samsung OEM. What was sent to me was most certainly not. I have no doubt that if you receive the correct part it will be high quality and work correctly. But don't let them scam you by advertising Samsung OEM, showing a picture of the new updated version, and sending you some cheap knock-off crap part that, even worse, isn't even the new updated version. Yes, the refund process is quick and easy, but now I'm waiting for a few more days for my purchase from a different seller.

It’s fixed and spinning like new again
I was in doubt these could be my problem. My Samsung washer would not spin much at speed without getting off balance. I had to cut laundry loads in half to make it through a cycle. I was thinking I should buy new washer or either call repair shop. I figured worst case I would be out almost 70 dollars if I fixed myself. I watched a YouTube video and purchased these new spring rods. It worked, I no longer have off balance or uneven loads. All 4 springs fixed my problem. Would definitely do again if needed. Really simple to do after watching video.
