Can't go a day without this!
My naturopath "prescribed" these to me to help with mood swings and the handling of some stressful situations in my life. Now, this is a very spendy product so I was tempted to take less than she prescribed to make it last longer. It's tempting! But I can tell you it's not advised to take less than recommended. She has me taking 2 at bed time, every day. My ability to deal with stress as well as the anxiety that comes with that stress is severely decreased when I skimp and only take one - or even skip a day. It truly HELPS. Far better than anything from big pharma prescribed by conventional doctors. I love that these are natural and only affect the areas I need help with and nothing else. Definitely worth the price!

Very good sleep aid for those in peri-menopause or menopuase
Corisol Manager has definitely helps me wind down in the evening and improved my sleep quality with no morning groginess or side effects. It took about 3 weeks before I started noticing a difference in my sleep patterns, so don't give it some time! I take it about 3 hours prior to going to bed.

I am not totally sold on this product...
This is an expensive supplement for the amount of pills you get and the recommended dosage. I used this for a three to four months. I have recommended it to others for short term help. I am not sure it is worth the amount, but I do think in the long vision it can help reset your circadian rhythm. You will have to try it out for yourself and see if it is worth it.
