With what techology principle the two outside cement layers are attached to the inner insulating plastic mat for not to peel off? Glued? Anchored?

Can you use tanking and menbrane on the boards to make a wet room

You can but you will needless fibre jointing tape over the joints and between the walls and floor. Yo then need to put flexible adhesive over the joints and where you have screwed the boards onto the joists. Ordinarily that should work with the tiles, grouted and using flexible silicon jointing compound along the wall/floor joints. I would also use Ditra or similar to put under the floor tiles. Tanking solution can go over the joints between these boards as an additional barrier but is arguably not necessary. You can check this out on the manufacturers web site

Can you screw these to a solid wall and tile over?
