I got the raspberry and cranberry flavour - and is nice tasting.Each serving contains 20g of protein - great for post workout.Mixes well in my mixer - not at all lumpy.Great product from a trusted brand - good value and would get again, I would recommend

Tastes good mixes well and was on an excellent deal

Been using whey protein over 28 years and this is worst mixing product ever. I love the sis electrolytes during training so thought this would be good post workout (is on paper). Used 500ml water and mixed it pre workout. 80 mins later when I thought it be ok it was still half of the shaker full of foam, took 2 more attempts and another 200ml of water each time to finish it. So that was 800ml water required to get it smooth. TERRIBLE!

Pros:The flavour is great, fruity and refreshing. Perfect after a good workoutIncluding 20g of protein per serving, it is a good choice in repair and recovery of muscles.Only 21g of carbs and with low sugar content makes it a good option to still keep in your diet if one is watching the sugar intake.Cons:I feel that it's not as mixable as I thought; you may need to give it a damned good shake or do it in the blender to get it a lot more refined.The price is a bit on the higher side for the budget of many people.Verdict:If you are after a protein shake which will actually taste nice and a serious boost of proteins, this Recovery Whey Protein is worth trying out, considering only the snag one may have with mixing. Sure, more expensive, but the flavour is great, and it's well worth adding into your after-workout.
