MasselPowder Tub (Pack of 3, Beef)

I usually use knorrs vegetable bouillion gel cubes and marigold vegan bouillion powder but I have been waiting for something like this for a long time,I try to follow a plant based diet. However sometimes I miss chicken and beef flavourings, but do not want to cause unnecessary harm to animals or eat them. The Massel brand is awesome they arrived today, chicken and beef flavourings. I tasted a little of each and they remind me of beef and chicken soup/broth flavour, without the meat. I can use them in casseroles/soups to flavour seitan, tofu soya etc.... I have a lot of ideas. Cannot wait to try it, but I have purchased a few more just in case for some reason they stop making them or selling them here.Oh and no MSG.Marlene

Very good value, taste is great too. Be aware of the saltiness though when adding to other food as the content is high, don't forget to taste first if you tend to add salt to your cooking. I generally don't add any extra salt, so maybe this is why I noticed.

Really awesome stock! Have used it to make a red wine gravy for my Wellington and it was really yummy, as well as in a variety of dishes just to add flavour.
