Scary easy to skip your computer security
Received 2 computers when father passed and was easily able to access all his family photos and such in minutes by rebooting computer off this drive.

Really Hoping it Would Work
I was really hoping this would work because I've been locked out of Admin and haven't been able to update some things on my computer. First, the instructions were not sent with the product. I had to reach out to get a photo of them emailed to me. Next, it goes from saying that the product was not activated on my computer to saying that no users were found. In addition, i started receiving a several emails from "Dell Support" all written in Chinese. I no longer trust this product. And after shutting down and restarting my computer for almost an hour, I am going to have to send it back.

This boot usb worked great once I understood how to use it. Was able to get into computer. Worked as expected.

Usesless
The pics don't lie. It's a password reset drive. Even says so. However, when you try to use it as such you get the error..."This disk is not a password reset disk." It's actually kinda funny. But annoying. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle

Now I never forget my password
Absolutely amazing.I love it. For some unknown reason, I always forget my password but I don’t have to worry about that anymore because all i have to do is connect the device to my laptop and i can change or reset my password anytime i want.I would leave a 10 star if i could. It’s a great device 😊

I got the item for exactly what the problem was and did not work at all so it’s money waisted
