It’s crazy good how inexpensive this device is for what it does. I had to reach out to the company for help about something, and it was honestly among the best customer experience I’ve ever had.

UPDATE 8-10-23 I have forgotten my password to get into one of these because I bought 4 of them for different people at the same time and I still have all but one, they are all switched around now and I should have recorded what passwords that I had used but I am unable to find the list. I am trying to figure out how to reset but the address they give us for help does not respond. [email protected] 3-14-23 I bought 4 of these players for people for Christmas. I have been working since Nov to get SD cards and music for them . I have only used them a handful of times. I just went to power one and it is totally dead. I have tried a couple cords so it is not that. I am trying to contact the MFR by mail and will update with what happens. The battery seems to drain easily, with only maybe 5 hours playtime. There are other models out there, that have wifi but you cannot access the Google playstore, so you are stuck with whatever aps they give you and you cannot get app updates. Pay attention carefully to the specs when shopping. Also, the case that Amazon is recommending as a bundle purchase will not fit this model, which is the Pecsu G5. The case that I found that fits perfect is a USA GEAR, you can choose from colors but make sure outer dims are at least 6.25 x 4.38 x 1.38 inches, because that is what I have and it fits perfectly!! Oh! Boy! where to start with this device - MP3 Media player - what a waste of Money.Honestly this device feels great, it has a little weight to it, which I like a lot, and it has a premium feel and look to it also.But it falls extremely short with battery life and sound quality. The speaker that it has built into it, sounds God! awful! I don't know why this company decided to add a speaker to this device, in the first place. they should have just cut it out altogether.This Device uses a very old Android OS version 8.1The responsiveness of this device is pretty snappy more or less.it also accepts micro-SD cards to expand the storage of this device, if you want to in the future, if you choose to do so.I had trouble setting up my sd card on this device, this device would for whatever reason have a hard time reading it or not at all. sometimes it would say that my sd card is corrupt. than soon after, everything just started working just fine. SMHI was using a SanDisk 400GB sd card that I was using on my other deviceThe reason that I bought this device in the first place, is to solely use it as a MP3 player and also have my music displayed nicely to, and all of the other extra stuff I didn't really care for.the Bluetooth for this device is also pretty bad as well. I used this device mostly in my car and I couldn't even go 2minutes without it losing connection here and there, SMFH.You're better off just hooking it up with an aux cable, works fine, but at that point why not just use a regular mp3 player right?That's why I decided to return this device, to many issues to deal with, not worth its asking price in my opinion.

This seems to be good so far, but my kid has noticed that the battery does get eaten up quickly. Also, is there not a protective case (like an OtterBox) that can be purchased to protect it?

With the iPod being discontinued I needed a player for Audible books that could handle my library. I purchased another player from this seller that did not allow me to use SD card for Audible files and I returned.After emails with the seller regarding it's ability to save Audible files to the SD card as well as pros and cons vs. the prior player, I purchased this player. Unlike the other player this one has access to the Google store which meant I could download the most current Audible app. BE AWARE the player allows you to format the SD card as internal memory or as removable storage. DO NOT format the card as internal as Audible will not use the card to store audio books. After reformatting the card as removable and selecting the card for downloads in the app, I was able to download my entire library and the app worked fine.The Bluetooth pairing to my car was quick and easy and appears to be working fine.All in all for Audible files, which is the only use I have for it, the player works as well as the iPod I replaced.
