Can this case fit a verticle gpu mount bracket?

No. It only comes with 4 PCI slots and most vertical GPU brackets require at least 7 horizontal PCI slots or a vertical PCI slot (which NR400 doesn’t). Bear in mind that vertical mounting near a glass side panel in a compact case will likely generate a lot of heat (and thus slow overall performance).

Can i fit a rx 5700 xt in this case

A joy to build a PC with!

Bought this case to reshell an ebay i5-8400 SFF PC i bought cheap that would shutdown on full load - this is a joy to work with with plenty of room and cable management holes/tie points! I have ditched the 2 included 120mm case fans and have opted for 3 x 140mm arctic F14s fans (2 front, 1 top) and an F12 120mm fan rear along with a a Corsair VS650 PSU and massive Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. I have had it running for 6 hours solid now doing H265 1080 encodes and due to the air flow and fans it the CPU doesn't go above 55 degrees and is virtual silent while on 100% - in fact is quieter than my QNAP NAS on idle - incredible! Nice touch is the case also include a molex to 3 fan cable so you can really max out the case fans, though i opted to buy separate motherboard chassis fan splitter cables so the fans throttle up and down as required. Case was delivered promptly with 4 days which is great since we are in C19 lockdown. Looking forward to upgrading to an i9 next month and don't foresee temps going any higher. Would make a great gaming case, or, as it has space for 3x 3.5s and 4 x 2.5s a good htpc box. I will probably consolodate my NAS drives into this at some point its that good.

Comfortable.

I've found this case very easy to work in, the cable tie points are very handy. I would recommend getting at leas a smi-modular power supply, as there is not a lot of room to stash cables. Working with RGB fans is a bit of a nightmare but the cable tie points save it here. Good value.
